These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ParkRight ("the Service"). By signing in as an admin, registering a vehicle through a self-service link, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ParkRight lets an office administrator maintain a roster of authorized vehicles and their assigned parking blocks, and lets anyone use a phone camera to scan a license plate and see whether it's authorized and where it may park. Plate scanning is performed on-device; only the resulting plate number is sent to our servers to be checked.
Admin access requires signing in with a Google account. You're responsible for maintaining the security of that Google account and for all activity that happens under your admin session. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter — whether you're an admin building a vehicle roster or an employee self-registering a vehicle. ParkRight is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate, outdated, or fraudulently submitted data.
A scan result reflects only the data an admin or employee has entered and the accuracy of automated plate recognition, which can occasionally misread a plate (poor lighting, unusual plate formats, camera angle). ParkRight should be used as one input alongside your own judgment and existing security procedures — not as the sole basis for physical access, safety, or security decisions.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable at times for maintenance, technical issues, or reasons outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, for any admin account found to violate these Terms, or at our discretion with reasonable notice where practical. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkRight and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, access, or security incident arising from use of the Service, including decisions made based on a scan result.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
